Our History

Our history is a story of excellence and innovation. In 1977, John F. Williams founded QUAL – FAB to produce high quality, close tolerance prototypes and to operate small production runs for a wide variety of manufacturers. In 1991, John M. Williams became general manager and expanded company services to include Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Contract Manufacturers (CMs) — producing large volume runs for sheet-metal parts, brackets, face panels, enclosures, and value-added assemblies.

Today, we focus entirely on supporting the OEM and CM markets in the Pacific Northwest and Western United States. We operate in a "Just In Time” and “Kan Ban" environment that supports dependable and consistent quality, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing. Our company’s team of highly skilled professionals combined with our commitment to excellence and innovation makes us an industry leader in high quality, close tolerance
